Just wanted you to know the customer service at Lanco is premiere. There is a difference between good customer service and World Class customer service and I have always gotten World Class service when I call Lanco. I was a customer service and claims rep for Gold Bond for 8 years. I was the Kaiser, 4imprints, and other big jobber’s rep so I know quality service because I gave it. What I love about your company is that no matter who answers the call, they are all outstanding. I am very impressed with the fact each and every rep has that “something”. All make you feel like you are the only customer they have at that moment. Whatever you are doing with training is working!
Just wanted to let you know I have been calling and checking on an order for ducks that stock has been delayed and working with Wendy. She has been so kind, efficient, and helpful that she gives me that “it will all work out” feeling. She has been a real trooper going the extra mile to try to help on this order and I just wanted you to know how grateful I am.
